Happy New Blog - 2013

I've been contemplating the idea of starting a blog for a long time.  What better day to start than on January 1st?!?!

I've decided to write about three things that I love, make me happy and that help define who I am.  Some things I hope to do here - fitness challenges (not just running), share recipes, share my projects and share the printables and other findings online.
